We'll Work With You to Get You an ODL
Do you need an Occupational Driver’s License while your license is suspended? We can do that for you.
You may still qualify for an occupational license even if your driver’s license has been suspended for surcharges!
An Occupational Driver’s License, also called an Essential Needs license, is a special type of restricted license issued to people whose driver’s license has been suspended, revoked or denied for certain offenses other than medical or delinquent child support. It allows you to drive to work, to school-related activities, and in the performance of essential household duties.
Unfortunately, occupational licenses are not available for a CDL.
Waiting periods
There may be a waiting period if:
- Your driver’s license was previously suspended as a result of an alcohol or drug related offense
- Your driver’s license was in suspension as a result of a conviction for an alcohol offense, or
- There are at least two administrative license revocations on your record
So, if you possess a suspended or revoked driver's license, or your license application has been denied, reach out to our attorney today. We'll work with you to determine whether you qualify for an Occupational Driver's License. Our experienced attorney will do her best to ensure you get your Occupational Driver's License approved.
